We're about to build an eco-village without a CEO or a single/group of founders, and without forcing strangers to randomly join something they don't know. Instead, we're creating an eco-village through small groups that first go through extensive workshops to deeply get to know each other.

Each group is a capsule. The eco-village is formed by these different capsules of co-active leaders.
The first five families or individuals who decide to take this leap with us are here. Together a small circle will become the very first capsule of a new way of living, communicating, and connecting.
Just 20 minutes hike from the property you can swim in one of the most beautiful waterfall pools I ever experienced.
Most of us have tried the modern dream: careers, cities, busy schedules. But something's missing. Life feels too fast, too shallow, and real connection is rare. We rarely have spaces to talk honestly about what we care about most. We invest, buy, and make big life decisions without really knowing our neighbors.
At the same time, the world is changing quickly. Trust is harder to come by, even trust in our own decisions. What if there was another way?
We want freedom, peace, and belonging. We want to own fertile land where we can grow food, raise families, and live closer to nature. We want neighbors who are not just strangers living next door, but people we truly connect with.
That's why, after five years of creating eco-villages in Costa Rica, and learning what works and what doesn't, we're building something new. A place where land ownership and deep human connection go hand in hand.
Many eco-villages crumble because they forget one thing: human nature.
That's why we start not with land, but with people. We connect first. Then we buy, build, and co-create together.
We use two simple ideas:
Small, guided online circles of 4–6 people, meeting for three sessions. In pods, we listen deeply, share openly, and get to know each other fast, beyond the surface. In a few hours, strangers become friends, sometimes even like family.

Instead of forcing dozens of neighbors into one big group, we form smaller capsules of 2–6 homes. Each capsule is a tight-knit circle that still connects to the larger community. This way, diversity is respected, groups stay harmonious, and together we create something resilient.

We've secured a piece of paradise in the Caribbean Highlands of Costa Rica:
Price per lot: ~$45,000 (about $9/m²)
In this picture we’re seeing a capsule of 5 lots:

Payment plan: 50% deposit + flexible options until title transfer (6 months for subdivision)
This is a picture of the area from high on top:

You can build right away, however you like: a tiny home, a family house, or even a hobbit home. We can recommend trusted local builders, but you hire them directly. We don't take commissions, we just guide you with inspections, permits, and quality checks if you need.
We're not looking for customers. We're looking for co-creators.
This project is alive and evolving. Together, we will decide what to build as shared spaces, and we will all take part as co-active leaders. No CEO, no guru, just a group of people shaping something real, sustainable, and deeply human.
If you feel the call to help build this new kind of community, one that starts with connection and grows into a way of life, then maybe you are one of the Lucky Five.
